Cleaning
The final cleaning is €200.
Borg
The deposit is €500.
Payment
- When booking, you pay 5% of the total amount.
- You pay 45% of the total amount 60 days before check-in.
- You pay the remaining amount, plus any deposit and cleaning fees, 30 days before check-in.
Flexible cancellation
- If you cancel 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 95% refund.
- If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
- After this period, no further refunds will be granted.
Power consumption
The rental price includes an electricity consumption of 25 kWh per day. For higher consumption, we charge €0.26 per extra kWh consumed. Consumption is tracked via a smart meter and can be viewed hourly.
Gas
Gas is available for the barbecue. Additional gas is available at cost price.
Bed linen and towels
The price for the linen is €27.50 per person. In addition to bedding, the set includes a beach towel, a bath towel, two shower towels, and two guest towels.
Baby monitor, crib, high chair
A baby monitor, cot, high chair, changing mat, potty, toilet seat reducer with steps, and various toys are available. Extras can be rented for an additional fee.
Wifi
Fast Wi-Fi is included in the price.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
